At Lola Blankets, we want you to experience the ultimate comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your blanket and place it back in its original packaging to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
